The X Factor 2018 winner, Dalton Harris, releases single with James Arthur
Dalton Harris was last night crowned the winner of The X Factor 2018 and has released the Winner’s Single ‘The Power of Love’ with James Arthur.
Dalton and James (the 2012 winner of The X Factor) performed the Frankie Goes to Hollywood Christmas classic, originally released in 1984, during last night’s final.
The performance of ‘The Power of Love’ marks the end of the 15th series of The X Factor. Dalton has been one of the standout contestants across the series, having been The X Factor’s highest charting act on iTunes. Dalton has had four of his songs enter the iTunes Top 30 so far, including ‘I Have Nothing’, ‘Creep’ and ‘California Dreamin’’, while his Big Band Week performance of Beyoncé’s ‘Listen’ peaked at #15, the highest peak of the series.
All UK record company profits from The X Factor 2018 winner’s single will be donated to children’s hospice charities, Together for Short Lives and Shooting Star Chase.
