Sony Music wins at HR Excellence Awards 2024
The HR Excellence Awards 2024 took place in London this week, with Sony Music UK winning in the HR Team of the Year, large organisation category – celebrating an innovative approach to people management that has an impact on other functions and the wider business.
Ahead of the ceremony, a judging panel of 12 HR leaders reviewed award entries from across the public, private and third sector, in 18 categories.
The HR Team of the Year award is the latest recognition for the People Experience team, after winning First Prize in Global Sony HR Awards for supporting women in the workplace, three Business Culture Awards and taking home the DE&I Initiative Award for Sony Music’s groundbreaking childcare contribution policy at Music Week’s Women in Music Award.
