No more plastic
Did you know that it takes 500-1,000 years for plastic to degrade?
Here at Sony Music HQ we’re doing our bit to reduce our plastic consumption.
Led by our internal staff committee What If, we are providing every staff member with their own reusable Chilly’s drinks bottle to cut down plastic bottle use.
All plastic water bottles in our canteen have also been replaced with glass bottles. In addition to this, all one-use plastic cutlery in the canteen has been exchanged for silver cutlery.
We have found alternatives for the rest of the plastic sold in the canteen and these will be swapped out over the course of March.
Steps are also being taken to remove all disposable one-use plastic packaging from our offices.
