George Ezra releases new album ‘Staying at Tamara’s’
George Ezra has released his second album Staying at Tamara’s via Columbia Records.
Three years after the release of his 4x platinum No.1 album Wanted on Voyage, George returns with a new album, created and inspired by his travels: from a pig farm in Norfolk to an Airbnb in Barcelona owned by the Tamara of the album’s title.
George said of lead single ‘Paradise’, “‘Paradise’ started life as a melody that I couldn’t get out of my head… Months later I set to writing a song highlighting the undeniable feeling of meeting somebody new and falling for them. We often find ourselves second-guessing feelings that we have and trying to work out what it is that they might mean. But with love there is no uncertainty, it is what it is and I liken it to paradise.”
Tickets for George’s November UK tour, including a headline date at Wembley Arena are also now on sale.
November 8: O2 Academy, Newcastle
November 9: University, Liverpool
November 10: Venue, Hull
November 12: Barrowlands, Glasgow
November 13: Barrowlands, Glasgow
November 15: Wembley Arena, London
