2014: Best Year for No. 1 Single Success
2014 was an absolutely brilliant year for our artists.
We had 11 number 1 singles which spent 19 weeks at the top spot in the UK, 7 of the top 10 bestsellers of 2014 were Sony Music and Pharrell’s ‘Happy’ became the biggest digital single of all time. (a combination of more downloads and streams than any other song in UK chart history).
